You choose preferred method of dictation – digital recorder, phone, or personal computer.
2.
Access our dictation system to upload voice files on your hand-held digital recorder or by calling the 800 number.
3.
Voice files are stored on a secure server.
4.
Files are retrieved and typed by Medical Transcriptionists.
5.
The files transcribed by the MT are checked completely by editors who have a minimum of 3 years experience. Their responsibilities are to find any errors made by the MT and to fill up any blanks left by the MT.
6.
We employ quality analysts to check files, fill up the blanks, and pick random files to verify the work of our editors. Extra incentives are given for every error found.
7.
